Electrical design
We design the electrical plant before anything is built: control
panel design, complete electrical diagram sets, I/O engineering and
component selection — drawings a panel builder can quote from and an
electrician can wire from.
Fits jobs like
A new line needs its control panel designed from the process up,
or a machine rebuild needs a proper diagram set before the
electricians arrive.
PLC programming
Our core platform is Schneider, programmed in EcoStruxure Control
Expert, and we take on work across other PLC brands as well.
We write structured, commented code —
interlocks, sequences, recipe handling, alarm logic — that stays
readable when the plant is modified five years from now.
Fits jobs like
A tannery needs a new processing line sequenced, or an existing
machine's program extended for a process change — without breaking
the parts that already work.
HMI & SCADA
We build operator interfaces on Magelis and Exor HMIs, designed around
how the plant is actually run on a night shift: states you can read
from three metres away, alarms that mean something, and nothing on
the screen that doesn't earn its place.
Fits jobs like
Replacing a dead panel on a fifteen-year-old machine, or giving a
manually-run process its first proper operator interface.
Instrumentation & networks
IO-Link sensors for flow, level, pressure and temperature,
selected for the process and wired back to the PLC over Modbus TCP or
EtherNet/IP networks — designed so a fault can be diagnosed instead
of guessed at.
Fits jobs like
Adding real measurement to a process that's been run by eye, or
untangling a plant network that's grown one unmanaged switch at a
time.
Commissioning & FAT/SAT
Test protocols written before the panel ships. Factory acceptance
testing at the workshop, site acceptance testing and commissioning at
the plant, punch lists tracked to closure — so acceptance is a
documented fact, not an opinion.
Fits jobs like
A machine builder needs an independent FAT run before shipping, a
plant upgrade has to be proven live without stretching the shutdown
window, or a vendor's package plant arrived as an island and needs
integrating with the site.
Production data & traceability (Industry 4.0)
Industry 4.0 done the practical way: turning the machine into a
control and traceability tool, not just a controller. When the PLC
knows something worth keeping — batch numbers, RFID identification,
weights, temperatures, cycle times, alarms — we log it to a MySQL
database and report it in a form the plant can use. The result is
production history you can query and trust — for operations, quality
and compliance reporting alike.
Fits jobs like
A processing line that needs batch traceability — what ran, when,
with which recipe — still queryable months later when a customer
asks.
Breakdown support & troubleshooting
When the plant stops, we answer — we're available to our customers
24/7. We troubleshoot on site, and with secure remote access to your
control system — self-hosted, with an independent backup path — we
can often be looking at the PLC and HMI within minutes, before anyone
travels.
Fits jobs like
A motor that trips its overload every night shift, an alarm nobody
can clear, or a fault that only shows up mid-batch and is gone by
the time anyone arrives.
Documentation & as-builts
Electrical drawings, I/O lists, functional descriptions and as-built
documentation that matches what's actually inside the panel. Tidy
documentation is what makes the next upgrade quotable.
Fits jobs like
A plant where the drawings stopped matching reality years ago, and
nobody can scope the next project until they do again.
